Ultra Claude 3.5 Sonnet is one of the Ultra Models offered by CrushOn for its premium subscribers, offering superior reply speed and performance at the cost of higher coin price per message. It should be noted that, unlike many of the other 'ultra' models, Claude 3.5 Sonnet does not have a non-ultra equivalent. The model is provided by Anthropic, and is part of the Claude Models family. Ultra Claude 3.5 Sonnet, not to be confused with Claude 3.5 Haiku, is an older version of the Sonnet models, LLMs built to understand and participate in complex dialogues with greater understanding of nuances. It is perfect for role-play scenarios — and it especially excels at bringing characters to life with realistic and expressive responses.

Strengths and Flaws

Ultra Claude 3.5 Sonnet is a deeply emotional and immersive model, capable of bringing descriptive sensory narrations into the roleplay and engrossing you in the subtle feelings of the character. It is also slightly faster and more stable than its successor, the 3.7 model with less frequent peak times.

However, what 3.5 brings to the table is lightly hindered by a slightly less imaginative and intuitive plot progression that version 3.7 onwards provide. On top of that, it also features a slightly less in-depth accommodation of real-life knowledge and gathers from a slightly less updated database (although would still display a surprisingly realistic worldview when compared to many other models).

Common Issues with the Model

One of the more common surface issues that plague the 3.5 Sonnet model would be its formatting preference. Albeit strange, by default the model would prefer to format dialogues without quotation marks, creating a more direct or chat-like feel to the roleplay. However, it is understandable that many would have a dislike to this type of response.

• When this issue presents itself, the solution is quite easy. One should simply edit a message sent by the model, the very first message where the formatting begins to stray from one's preference. If you present it as an example of the optimally preferred formatting, the model will quickly learn from it and respond as such for the rest of the chat.
