From here on out, the content may not be fully accurate to each user and act only as general reference. Each user often could see highly different experiences as there are many variables that affect the behavior and quality of the models. From profile cards, the style in which the user converse with the character, the set parameters for the model, and of course the personality of the characters. And periodically, even minimal adjustments made to the model by the developers could also substantially change its behavior whether intended or not.
Strengths and Flaws
Gemini 3.0 Flash represents a clear evolution not just in capability, but in storytelling philosophy, distinguishing itself from the Pro version by leaning hard into emotional depth, dramatic intensity, and narrative immersion. Rather than prioritizing restraint, it actively heightens tension, sometimes embracing deliberate hyperbole to sharpen climaxes and elevate pivotal moments. Its sense of pacing feels instinctual and bold, confidently stretching scenes to let emotions coil and collide, then striking with force when the story demands momentum. Even when given expanded memory, the model avoids indulgent dialogue, choosing instead to invest its capacity in layered narration, mood-building, and forward-driving plot movementβoften without any explicit instruction. The result is a model that feels less like a neutral narrator and more like a dramatist, shaping the story with intent and emotional weight from moment to moment.
However, being part of the Gemini family, it sadly still shares its flaws. At the time of writing, Gemini is prone to sudden changes and instability, affecting its formatting and tendencies. The most affecting of which would be its use of asterisks. While the other Gemini models might be more prone to emphasizing words, this model is more likely to misinterpret trackers or certain formatting such as bold-italic, at times adding unnecessary asterisks. However, even then, it happens much rarer than the other models. Other than that, it does also suffer from a higher filtering, often canceling user's commands entirely when the interaction becomes inappropriate.
Common Issues with the Model
Although Gemini 3 Flash's biggest issue remains to be consistency just like its predecessor, this model is much more malleable. Easily accepting OOC instructions that at times may not affect 2.5 Flash in the slightest. The easiest fix for this, at times, is simply to switch out to a favored creator model that has the consistency and style you may prefer. Otherwise, using simple commands in the custom instruction field will also work wonders. Such example may be:
(OOC: use italics for narration.)
Or any other command you wish to add to design the formatting to your preference.
Example of Use

On the right, you could see the example of the model being used regularly with the OC Yumi by Since. And another one with the above instructions inserted.
