There are a lot of iconic figures in our Pop Culture that trascended through time and even their own fictions, being part of fanarts, fanfictions or portrayed in costumes and cosplays. We can see iconic villains since early literatur like Dracula with all the depth that Bram Stoker gave him. Or in movies, with specific portraying of certain actors, like it happened with Heath Ledger and The Joker from Batman: The Dark Night. Also, we can include some videogame villains that can even be recognizable by people outside the gaming niche, like it happened with Sephiroth from Final Fantasy Saga, or even Gerald Robotnik (Eggman), from Sonic. Even while they were important since their conception, villains nowadays gained considerable importance in our Cultural Compendium.
